Cali Kids Program
The Cali Kids Program is an introductory Calisthenic program for Primary School Age students. A qualified
coach will visit the school providing education, skills and fun activities for students, both boys and girls.
In
each session, children will experience a 45 minute active workshop involving a spectacular demonstration of Calisthenic Skills,
a fun warm-up including stretching, skills and routines choreographed to music followed by a cool down and question time.
All students will receive a free Calisthenics show bag, including a mini disc.
Calisthenics' broad spectrum
can compliment any school's existing programs satisfying the focus statements of the Victorian Essential Learning Standards,
in the domains of Health & Physical Education and The Arts. It also incorporates both fundamental and gross
motor skills tailored to each year level.

Kinder Cali Program The KinderCali Program introduces young children to a series of fun exercises and games which aim to increase their body
awareness and physical confidence. KinderCali also assists in developing coordination, balance, strength, flexibility and
creativity through an appreciation of music and rhythm. The KinderCali program comprises of three 45 minute sessions which
introduce and build on many physical skills. Each session is centred around a journey to a familiar place. In week 1, the children will be transported to the Circus for the day to
become the centre ring performers. They will learn to tumble like an acrobat, balance like tight-rope walker and bend and
stretch like a clown. Week 2 sees the children visit the Zoo where they will become playful monkeys, prowling tigers and floating
butterflies. Finally, in week 3 the children will venture to the bottom of the garden jumping from lily-pad to lily-pad like
the frogs, marching like the ants and soaring like dragonflies! For
