Kinder Cali
Kinder Cali, a three part program designed for kinder aged children, aims to increase children’s confidence, spatial awareness, coordination, balance, strength, flexibility and creativity through an appreciation of music and rhythm. Each exciting, 45 minute session centres around a familiar place and through lots of fun activities, games and songs, children are introduced to numerous physical skills that can be translated into not only Calisthenics, but countless other physical activities.
Our first session, “A Day in the Circus”, transforms the children into circus performers! They’ll learn to tumble like acrobats, balance like tightrope walkers and bend and stretch like clowns, plus so much more!
During our second session, “A Visit to the Zoo”, imaginations will come alive when the children become their favourite zoo animals including the prowling tigers, the floating butterflies, the slithery snakes and the cheeky monkeys.
Our third session, “A Journey to the Bottom of the Garden”, takes the children on a magical adventure where they’ll discover all of the critters and creatures who live there. Jumping frogs, marching ants and soaring dragonflies are just a few of the many creatures they’ll discover.
Sessions can be booked individually, or as a complete program. All sessions are run by qualified level one coaches, who hold both a current first aid certificate and a Working With Children Check.
