To Centre Stage is the podcast where we put a spotlight on Australia’s incredible calisthenics performers, volunteers, coaches and community. Our mission is to celebrate not just our uniquely Australian sport, but also the triumphs and challenges faced by those within it, so listeners can connect, relate and feel inspired to step into the spotlight themselves.

From the highs and lows of Calisthenics, to taking the makeup off and sharing real, vulnerable moments, get ready to leap into everything calisthenics — and life beyond the stage.
