A Performer who has been registered with an affiliate club within the last five years, who is wishing to transfer to a new Club must:

1. Settle all outstanding accounts and obligations (including club property) at their origin club before being eligible to commence with their new club;
2. Visit their destination club’s registration portal and initiate registration. The registration portal will recognise their details and the Performer will be prompted to request a Permit to transfer.

The actions described above may be completed by a parent or guardian of the Registered Performer and includes Performers wishing to compete for a new Club during the solo season.

The Permit request will then be sent to the below in their revSPORT portals:

• The origin club
• The destination club
• Calisthenics Victoria

Each of the above parties will need to either approve or reject the request. This must be completed in a timely manner. 

For approved transfer requests, the member will be notified by email and will then need to complete their registration with their destination club via the link provided.
