Programs
Please note that programs will not be available at venues so please print and bring with you or you can download an online program on the day. Programs will be avaliable online Thursday before the competition weekend.

Tickets will made avaliable via Eventbrite (Besen) or the Venues offical wesbite (Bunjil, Ulumbarra, Frankston, Palais) linked below.

September 19th: Sub Junior Reserves September 20th: Seniors, Tickets for this event were in extremely high demand and sold out quickly. As with many community events, members of participating clubs are given first access to tickets so they can attend with their families and support their club. We appreciate that this can be frustrating for members of the wider community who also wanted to attend, and we thank everyone for their understanding and support. |

Entry/Purchase of Tickets Disclaimer
I agree and consent to Calisthenics Victoria Limited (ABN 19 319 361 645), its directors, employees, officers, agents and contractors (CaliVic) making images or recordings, whether sound, digital or otherwise, of one or both me and the Participant (Images and Recordings) at the Event, and:
- using, publishing or reproducing the Images and Recordings in any form (in whole or in part) and by any medium, including but not limited to third party social media websites, newspapers, magazines, brochures, television advertisements, promotional videos, websites or other multi-media, for public relations, promotions, commercial and advertising purposes (Promotional Material), without my further consent being necessary; and
- retaining or storing the Images and Recordings (including those incorporated into Promotional Material), in hard copy or digitally, including but not limited to, deposit of the Images and Recordings into an CaliVic image library.
I agree that the rights granted to CaliVic in the preceding paragraph above are perpetual and that neither I nor the Participant will receive any payment, royalty or other consideration (whether monetary or otherwise) from CaliVic in connection with the making, use or storage of the Images and Recordings.
Competition Venue Information

Photography Backstage
- Photos cannot be taken in shared dressing rooms
- Photos can be taken by a coach/club admin if a club has their own dressing room, performers have given permission, and ALL performers are fully dressed
- Photos of teams performing on stage can be taken by coaches/club admin from side stage for marketing purposes if the competition does not offer photography, all performers have given permission and no competition volunteers are in the background of photos. If competition offers stage photography no photos can be taken.
- Videos of teams performing on stage cannot be taken by coaches as most competitions offer videography.
NO AUDIENCE MEMBERS CAN TAKE ANY PHOTOS OR VIDEOS OF TEAMS ON STAGE.
In line with child safety provisions coaches should not keep photography on their personal phones.

How to Find Results on the Public Portal:
- Visit the CaliChamp Public Results Portal.
- Select the Performance Date.
- Click the '+' next to the item you'd like to view.
- The results, including all placed teams, will be displayed.
