Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 January 2027 | Karralyka

Introducing CaliConnectED, a brand new two-day development and connection weekend for coaches, club leaders, administrators and volunteers from across the Calisthenics Victoria community.

Across the weekend you'll learn, connect and grow through practical workshops, expert presentations, panels and shared conversations. Whether you want to build your skills, pick up fresh ideas, meet people from other clubs or take something new back to your own, there's something for everyone.

Coach Stream
Learn from genuine industry experts across every part of the sport, from technique to wellbeing to adjudication. Sessions include Strength & Conditioning with Sports Physician Dr Laura McDonald-Wedding, Radar Technique with founder Rebecca Davies, Same Minds Different Sparkle: The Next Step with Rachel Harrison, Coaching Tots with Zoe Formosa, and In the Adjudicator's Chair, a panel with Lynette Cousins, Mellany Drew and Paula Hessey. Best of all, every Coach Stream session you attend earns you double coaching points towards your accreditation.

Club Development Stream
Clubs learning from clubs. Hear from successful, like-minded clubs and industry experts on the things that keep a club thriving. Topics include governance and succession planning, recruiting and retaining volunteers, diversifying revenue, marketing plans, inclusion planning, building a facility and regional development, plus plenty of time to network.

Running alongside the streams is our Development Coach Course. Places are limited due to venue capacity.

Season Launch
Day one wraps up with our Season Launch from 5–7 pm on Saturday. Coaches and clubs can come together to mix and mingle over finger food, drinks and our special CaliCocktails, with guest speaker Sue Gaudion.
