2025 Regional Solo Competition Schedules 

PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW PRIOR TO OPENING THE SCHEDULE

1. Individual schedule times for each performer are now available on MyCompHQ in the 'My schedule' section.
2. No transfer of weeks can be requested. 
3. Regional sections NW/SE and divisions/ages have been combined based on entry numbers.
4. Programs will not be released prior to competitions or performers numbers and there will be no changes to program order.

Whilst we triple check and check again to ensure there are no errors the sheer amount of sections may mean there are issues. If you have found an issue please email admin@calisthenics.asn.au

2025 Metro Competition Season Schedules - Local & State Champs 

PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW PRIOR TO OPENING THE SCHEDULE 

1. If your section is split into parts (ie Part A/B) these are available via your MyCompHQ portal in the 'My schedule' section. No parts can be requested or changed.
2. Individual schedule times for each performer are now available on your MyCompHQ portal in the 'My schedule' section. 
3. Music upload is now open for weeks 1-6 and State Titles.
4. No changes to program order and the performers program number or programs will not be released prior to competitions.
5. We are aware that some sections are close in time (ie your graceful competition is at one venue and is close in time to your cali solo at another venue) - in these instances we have made notes in our system to ensure you are placed early/late in the programs of each competition so you can attend both. If however you don't want to attend both/feel it is too tight please email admin@calisthenics.asn.au and we can arrange a withdrawal and refund for one of the sections. 
6. No transfer of weeks can be requested. 
7. There are a few performers who have a direct clash in sections particularly in weekend 3 & 6 when they peform in multi disciplines. In this instance please email admin@calisthenics.asn.au and we will arrange for a refund for your chosen section and process a withdrawal as per the entry information

In 2025 there is a total of 1169 sections across Metro Local and State Champs with a total of 13,294 individual performances - whilst we triple check and check again to ensure there are no errors the sheer amount of sections may mean there are issues.
