2026 Country Solo/Duo Withdrawal & Refund Request Form

Refunds for Solo Competition entries are available as follows:

Refunds (minus a $10.00 administration fee) are only granted if a valid medical certificate is provided and this official Refund Request form sumbitted 48 hours after the competition weekend. No other refunds will be offered after entries close.
Refunds may be granted in cases of unavoidable performance clashes (e.g. multiple solo performances by the same competitor). Requests must be submitted to Calisthenics Victoria at least two weeks prior to the affected event.
Please complete the Withdrawal & Refund Request form if you wish to withdrawal without a refund. Once you withdraw, you are not able to re-enter into the competition.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, clash with siblings or other performers, clash with class times, other events or commitments.
