Working with Children Check

From 19 October 2026, mandatory online child safety training must be completed as part of the WWC Check application process. It applies to:

• People applying for a new WWC Check.
•  People renewing their WWC Clearance.
• People changing from a volunteer WWC Clearance to an employee WWC Clearance.

The training takes approximately 45 minutes and must be completed before the application can be finalised.

VicSport Child Safety Modules

Play by the Rules - Safeguarding Children and Young People in Sport Induction

Coaches Annual Child Safety training due annually on the 30th November. CaliVic recommends that you complete one of these VicSport modules to meet this annual CaliVic requirement.  You can find these modules here: https://vicsport.etrainu.com/training/index.cfm?event=page.login

Note: School teachers can submit their annual mandatory child safety certificate.

Once you have completed a certificate please send through to Iolanda at iolanda.coffa@calisthenics.asn.au so we can record your PD.
