Club Retention Strategies
Offer Diverse and Appealing Programs:
Provide a variety of programs, at various skill levels to cater to a wide range of interests and abilities within the community.
Build a Positive and Supportive Culture:
Recognise and celebrate the achievements and contributions of members, both on and off the field, to reinforce a sense of belonging and pride in the club.
Invest in Coaching and Development:
Implement a structured development pathway that focuses on skill progression, goal setting, and feedback to help members reach their full potential. This could look like investments in upskilling coaches to be able to deliver improved programs.
Engage with the Community:
Actively engage with the local community through outreach programs, partnerships with schools or organisations, and participation in community events.
Communicate Effectively:
Maintain clear and consistent communication with players, parents, and stakeholders through various channels, including email, social media, and website updates.
