In this session, Kristen will outline the key types and presentations of eating disorders, with a focus on recognising behavioural signs in athletes. Coaches will be provided with a practical toolkit to support appropriate, evidence-based responses and to help build a healthy food and body culture through effective language.

By the end of the session, you will be able to confidently identify signs of disordered eating and apply practical strategies to promote healthy eating behaviours and positive body image in calisthenics athletes.
