Calisthenics is the sport with performing at its heart. We offer a unique combination of dancing, singing, gymnastics and technical skills for children to adults throughout Victoria. Calisthenics develops strong, confident performers through teamwork.

Developed by Calisthenics Victoria, Let’s Go! CaliKids is a vibrant introductory dance and movement program designed for children aged 2–5 years. Delivered by experienced and qualified calisthenics coaches, this incursion brings energy, joy, and skill-building to your Early Learning Centre.

While having fun, children will be developing:

Musical appreciation & rhythm

Social and cognitive skills

Fine and gross motor skills

Coordination, flexibility & core strength

Age specific performance skills
