2026 Special Consideration Application Form - Exams / Solos / Teams

This form is to be used for those requesting a Special Consideration letter to be presented to an adjudicator or examiner at a CaliVic event in 2026.

Special Consideration Application Forms must be submitted a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the competition season or exam date.

Any medical documentation provide must be no older than 2 years.

If a performer receives a disability diagnoses mid competition season, please contact CaliVic via rebecca.mioduszewski@calisthenics.asn.au

For example; disability prevents performer from being able to pull up or they can't hear the rhythm of the music so have trouble keeping the correct timing.

Are there any backstage adjustments that can be made at competitions or exams to support the performer?

For example, hearing loops, considered dressing room allocation, stair free access
