Withdrawal & Refund Requests
If a performer is no longer able to compete, please submit this Withdrawal and/or Refund Request Form as soon as possible. Early notification allows us to offer the vacant position to a performer on the waitlist and assists us in finalising the competition schedule. Refund requests will be assessed in accordance with the Calisthenics Victoria Refund Policy.

Competition Waitlist Information
The waitlist will be updated as positions become available following performer withdrawals. Once a withdrawal has been received and processed, the vacant section will be added to the waitlist.
Performers wishing to join the waitlist must submit a Waitlist Application Form. When a position becomes available, eligible performers who have registered their interest for that specific section and division will be contacted in the order their waitlist application was received (first come, first served).
If offered a position, the performer will be notified immediately via email and provided with instructions to complete payment. Payment must be received within 48 hours of the offer being made. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the position will be offered to the next eligible performer on the waitlist.

The Horsham Waitlist will close at 11:59pm on the 14th August.
