Cultural Awareness Training – Calisthenics Victoria Staff

Our team spent the day immersed in learning - from powerful informative videos and open discussion, to thoughtful Q&A and hands-on lessons about First Nations history and culture. We also had the opportunity to explore art as a form of cultural expression, deepening our understanding and connection to the stories and traditions shared with us.
